Mission District

Mission District homes come with quirks: shared walls, narrow side yards, roof decks over older structures, and neighbors three feet away. We plan access, staging, and quiet hours before demo day so the project moves without friction.

For yard decks, we work with the Mission's surprisingly good sun exposure — designing around the afternoon light rather than fighting it. For roof decks, we verify structure capacity before anything is proposed, and coordinate waterproofing carefully where the deck meets the roof.

Every Mission project gets a written scope and a schedule you can hold us to, with a final walkthrough before the last invoice.
